Terms of use
To participate in the DeSerres Gallery, simply upload a picture of your work and fill out the registration form. Your work will be added by the site moderator. Please note that there are approval delays.
There is no limit to the number of works for one person.
The participants can exchange with one another and vote for their favourite works.
Definition of a creative work
Any type of work involving the registered person’s creativity. For example: painting, drawing, sculpting, scrapbooking, installations, jewellery making, airbrush drawing, wood painting, decorative art…
Please note that DeSerres reserves the right to refuse a work deemed offensive or inappropriate.

Legal notes
DeSerres is not responsible for images which are downloaded, copied, plagiarized or stolen from its site and without its consent. The images posted can be re-sized in order to be properly posted on the site.
Participants must consent to the use of their name and their work for advertising purposes, if DeSerres so desires.
DeSerres reserves the right to refuse a work deemed offensive or inappropriate.
The following will not be tolerated in emails or contents:
- Shocking remarks advocating racism, fanaticism, hatred and physical aggression of any group or individual;
- Harassing and/or exploiting content of people in a violent or sexual manner;
- Sexually suggestive information, violent content or any other shocking topic, including a link towards a site having this type of content;
- Information or statements undermining a person’s right to privacy;
- Remarks which could harm DeSerres, its partners, its patronage or its management;
- Unwanted spam, of personal or commercial nature;
- Remarks advocating or encouraging an illegal act or providing directions concerning illegal acts, namely including the manufacturing or sale of illegal weapons and the diffusion or creation of computer viruses.
- The opinions expressed on this site are strictly individual and do not represent DeSerres’ opinion.
- For whatever reason, DeSerres reserves the right, without having to justify its decision, to not put online or to remove without delay, any content deemed unacceptable. All contents will be analysed by a moderator who will decide at his own discretion whether or not to put them online on the DeSerres Gallery.
